Instant Messages Usernames

To have a name with underline, like the following example:
Normal: Assas!n
Username: Assas!n
You have to do the following steps:
1- Register at the Instant Messages Box: Click over the signal "+" and put an username and password and go to Register this username.
2- Wait for an administrator of the Instant Messages to start using your Username
